Ronnie Silver won the pole, with a time of 19.278, beating Sam Ard by 0.216 seconds.

Ronnie Silver led the field to the green and led the first lap as Sam Ard would dominate the race but would lose the lead and race later in the race as Tommy Ellis won at Hickory.
